Leah is a New York-based editor. She made her mark early in the documentary scene, cutting on Fox Sports TV doc Legends Never Die: The Sandlot Story, and Brain Metastases: A Documentary. In 2018, she completed work on the pilot for Benny and Josh Safdie’s (Uncut Gems) soon to be released episodic project, Chillin Island, and cut TV movie, Maggie, that premiered at Sundance and won Best Pilot at SXSW.
Her latest projects include PBS documentary Storm Lake, a film from director/producer Beth Levison and director/DP Jerry Risius, and Exposure from filmmaker Holly Morris (The Babushkas of Chernobyl). In addition to her narrative and doc work, Leah has cut a spate of commercial and branded content, including campaigns for VICE, Vogue, Refinery 29, Facebook, Hearst, and Mercedes-Benz. When she’s not in front of a computer, she’s diving deep into some ocean trench.
